Successful search for land for the construction of new ARSIWI resorts.
???? Signed a land swap and cooperation agreement for the ARSIWI & EGEOCITY project near Izmir on the Aegean Sea.
➡ Work is underway on a proposal to build a thermal resort. This spa can be considered as a separate project. A land tender for this will be held soon and preparations are underway to participate in the tender.
???? The shares purchased for the ARSIWI-1 project can be converted into shares of both projects – The values of the projects have not yet been determined and will be announced after all calculations are completed.
