Legal Aid for Victims of Traffic Accidents Project: ARSIWI Platform Social Fund

Dear ARSIWI Community,

Unfortunately, road traffic accidents have become one of the most painful and challenging events in our lives. Victims of traffic accidents may face not only physical but also legal difficulties. Therefore, as ARSIWI Platform, we have launched the “Legal Assistance Project for Victims of Traffic Accidents” to provide legal assistance to victims of traffic accidents.

Main Objective of the Project:

To protect the legal rights of victims of traffic accidents, provide them with a fair trial process and help them file compensation claims.

Details of the Project:

Legal Counseling: Providing legal counseling to victims of traffic accidents.
Litigation Follow-up: Initiating and following up litigation processes to defend the rights of victims.
Compensation Claims: Helping victims of traffic accidents to file compensation claims.
Training and Awareness: Organizing training programs and raising awareness to prevent traffic accidents.

The role of each of you in this project is invaluable. We are together to lend a helping hand to the victims of traffic accidents and defend their rights.
